Fiddler AI DPA
Fiddler AI's data processing agreement gives 15 days to object to a new sub-processor. Here is the clause, from our October 15, 2026 copy:
15
days to object
“When Provider engages any new Third Party after the effective date of the Agreement, Provider will notify Customer of the engagement (including the name and location of the relevant Subprocessor and the activities it will perform) by updating Subprocessor Site or by other written means. If Customer objects to such engagement in a written notice to Provider within 15 days after being informed of the engagement on reasonable grounds relating to the protection of Personal Data, Customer and Provider will work together in good faith to find a mutually acceptable resolution to address such objection.”

Before you conclude anything
This only means we couldn’t read it on a public page. Fiddler AI may share it in its agreement, a trust portal, or with any customer who asks.
So treat it as a question to ask them: “Can you send your sub-processor list, and tell us when it changes?”
What this page doesn’t tell you
No score.
Nothing here rates Fiddler AI. A short notice window is a contract term, not a criticism.
Public pages only.
Private notices and negotiated terms are invisible to us. Your agreement may say something different.
