“Amendments to the SCC Modules Module 2 and Module 3 are hereby amended as follows, to the extent allowed by applicable law: Section Reference | Concept | Selection by the Parties | Section 1, Clause 7 | Docking Clause | Any Clause purporting to allow the admission of contracting parties without mutually executed signed writings shall not apply (including but not limited to any optional docking clauses). | Section II, Clause 9 | Approval of Subprocessor | The language of Option 2 shall apply, with General Written Authorisation in accordance with a notification period of five (5) days in advance.”
