Most teams evaluate AI vendors in a spreadsheet that gets rebuilt for every category. This worksheet is the version we use ourselves — it covers the dimensions that almost always end up mattering, and it exports cleanly when you need to share the bake-off with procurement or security.
Add a row per vendor you're considering. Fill in only what's known; revisit the worksheet as evaluations progress. The export captures the visible state — pair it with attached SOC2 reports, demo recordings, and reference-call notes in your vendor file.
