About

Vault AI is agentic AI in the Vault Platform and industry-specific application agents in all Veeva applications. Veeva Vault Platform is a single platform that handles data, content, and agents so Vault AI Agents have direct, secure access to data and content and work within all Veeva applications. Vault AI Agents operate within Veeva applications and have deep application-specific prompts and safeguards and execute in-context with deep access to data, documents, and workflows. Veeva improves and upgrades standard Vault AI Agents and releases new agents over time with product releases three times a year. Users can also configure and extend Vault AI Agents or create their own Custom Agents. Vault AI Agents use large language models from Anthropic and Amazon, hosted on Amazon Bedrock. Custom agents created with Vault AI use Veeva-hosted models or customer provided models hosted on Amazon Bedrock or Microsoft Azure AI Foundry. First release planned for December 2025.
